WICHITA, KS – Knowledge as a Service, Inc. (“KaaS”), creators of Ringorang, announced today that it has made its first full-time hires through its partnership with Wichita State University’s Shocker Career Accelerator: Tegan Erwin and Lillian Cota.
As senior success coach, Erwin will continue to lead customers through Ringorang’s clinically proven methodology for continuous behavior change and develop programs that form lasting habits in people that positively impact results for businesses, member-based organizations and community initiatives.
“Tegan is remarkable in her role,” said Director of Customer Success Niti Singh. “She possesses a natural skill set for following our clinically proven processes as well as communicating with our clients, especially through active listening, while empowering them by sharing our best practices and knowledge. She proactively checks-in with our clients, to make sure they are successfully meeting their business results.”
As sales operations specialist, Cota will operate the company’s lead-to-opportunity pipeline and reporting as well as provide operational support to Sales, Marketing and Investor Relations.
“Lillian is a rock star,” said Chief Revenue Officer Kathy Hughes. “She jumped right into our processes and systems with curiosity and a desire to tackle any challenge. In just seven months, she’s streamlined the sales process to improve productivity and profitability.”
The Shocker Career Accelerator is the largest cooperative education and internship program in Kansas. Students earn work experience, college credit and a paycheck through this program.
“Without the Shocker Career Accelerator, I might not have found an opportunity like KaaS,” said Erwin. “The program helped me refine my résumé, prepare for interviews and find a role that really fit with what I wanted to go after in my career.”
