KaaS is hiring a MarketingAssistant to join our team in Wichita.   • Part-time (20 hours/week) to grow into full-time
  • Nonexempt


  • Assist in the production of marketing collateral, such as blog posts (Wordpress CMS),brochures, enewsletters (Drip.com), landing pages, sales scripts and social posts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram), among other materials
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and programs
  • Create and keep track of unique URLs using Google’s UTM URL Builder
  • Help coordinate in-person and virtual events, such as conferences, trade shows and webinars
  • Manage company social media (with assistance!), including writing copy and CTAs, making graphics using approved templates in Canva (no design experience required) and scheduling posts through CoSchedule
  • Support the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing initiatives and projects


  • A desire to learn
  • Bachelor’s degree (or on your way to one) in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field
  • Knowledge of any of these tools is a plus (but not required): Canva, CoSchedule; Drip; Facebook Business Suite; Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager; LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Previous use and some knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Office, OneDrive, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word)
  • Proficient at organizing priorities and projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
