1. What ages and grades is Future Ready designed for?
Future Ready spans middle school through early adulthood — grades 6 through college and entry-level workforce development programs. The challenge questions are written to be accessible across that entire range, reinforcing the career-readiness skills and workplace concepts learners will actually use.

2. Do I have to add this to my official curriculum?
No — Future Ready isn’t curriculum, and it doesn’t replace or interfere with what you’re already teaching. There’s no adoption process and nothing to align or submit. It reinforces career-readiness concepts through quick challenge questions students answer on their own, working quietly alongside your existing lessons — not as another unit to fit in.
3. How much class time does this take?
Almost none. Questions take students about 3–5 minutes a day, and they can answer anytime — in class, during homeroom, or on their own time. Many educators simply mention the day’s challenge and move on. There’s no lesson to deliver and no grading on your plate.
4. Do I have to create content or write questions?
No. Every challenge question is already built and delivered automatically on the Tuesday–Thursday schedule. Your only job, if you want one, is cheering on the leaderboard.
5. How often are challenge questions delivered?
Questions are delivered Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
- Monday: No new questions — a great day to celebrate last week’s Top 3 leaderboard and random prize winner (if prizes are offered).
- Friday: No new questions — but the weekly challenge stays open, giving students who missed class earlier in the week a chance to catch up.
6. Are questions delivered during school breaks?
No — question delivery pauses during scheduled breaks like Thanksgiving, winter break, and spring break. The challenge picks right back up when students return, so no one falls behind while they’re away.
7. My state (or school) bans cell phones. Can we still use this?
Yes — Future Ready can also run on any browser, on any device, so students can participate on Chromebooks, laptops, tablets, or computer lab machines during class or study hall. And because challenges stay open all week, students with phone access at home can still answer outside school hours without ever touching a device on campus.
8. How will I know if my students are engaging with Future Ready?
You don’t have to chase anyone down — an engagement report lands in your inbox automatically every Friday afternoon. At a glance, you’ll see which students participated that week and which didn’t, so you can quickly spot who might be struggling and step in with the human touch that makes the difference.
9. How do I know it's working?
You’ll see it in the weekly leaderboard — who’s engaging, who’s climbing, and where students are strong or struggling on career-readiness concepts. It’s a window into retention you don’t normally get without giving a quiz.
10. Do my students need an email address to sign up?
Yes — an email address is all a student needs. There are no passwords to create or remember; students sign in with a one-time magic link we email them, click it, and they’re in.
Enrolling your class is quick, too. Bulk-enroll everyone by copy/pasting a list of emails or uploading a CSV roster (up to 500 rows, just needs an email column), and each student gets an invitation. Or share your program’s unique join link — a student enters their email, clicks the magic link, and is enrolled automatically, with no per-student work for you.
(Educators and admins sign in with an email and password; the passwordless experience is for learners.)
11. Is student data safe?
Yes. Future Ready is built for schools: we operate as a “school official” under FERPA’s outsourcing exception, so your school keeps control of student data (removal or deletion on request within 72 hours, plus extended retention for records obligations). A FERPA-aligned data privacy agreement is available, and we support COPPA’s school-authorization model for students under 13.
We collect only what’s needed — email, display name, optional photo, language/timezone preferences, first-assessment goals, and engagement data (questions, answers, scores, streaks). We don’t collect date of birth, demographic data, guardian contacts, or any sensitive categories. Data is stored on Microsoft Azure (Central US), encrypted at rest and in transit.

12. Do I need IT to set anything up?
Almost nothing — Future Ready runs on any browser, on any device, so there’s no app to deploy and nothing to push to student machines. 13. What does it cost?
Future Ready is priced as a simple per-student subscription — no setup fees, no content creation fees, and no app to purchase. K–12 pricing is $15 per student per year, and higher education pricing is $15 per student per semester, with volume discounts available for larger programs. 14. What if a student joins mid-semester?
No problem — new students can join anytime and jump into that week’s challenge right away. Because Future Ready reinforces concepts in short daily engagements rather than building on a strict sequence, a late start doesn’t mean a student is behind.
