Mahaney Group deploys Ringorang® to employees

Ringorang® welcomed Mahaney Group as our first local customer in May of 2021. The Wichita-based commercial construction company chose Ringorang to deploy and reinforce their workforce training because they found the platform easy to manage and user friendly.

Morgan Cabral, vice president of Human Resources at Mahaney Group, was intrigued by the research and clinical trials Ringorang conducted with the U.S. Department of Energy.

“The competitive aspect of the platform was another positive for us,” Cabral said. “I didn’t think training alone would suffice for our workforce, and I think Ringorang will help us achieve our goal of knowledge retention from training.”

Mahaney deployed their first program in the summer of 2021, focusing on safety in the summer heat.  

“And I can’t tell you how many people came up to me and said, ‘Hey, do you know what has more potassium in it? Two wedges of watermelon or a banana?’” Cabral said describing workforce reactions to using Ringorang. “They’re playing a game, but they’re actually learning.”
